Exchange process

From first offer to fair confirmation.

The platform is not about long explanations. What matters is that both sides see the same proposal, changes and outcome.

What matters most

The barter proposal is always readable for both sides.
A counterproposal is a normal part of the deal, not a process failure.
After completion, rating increases trust for the next exchange.
1

Add an offer with a clear title, short description and value estimate.

2

Find an interesting offer and send a barter proposal with what you can provide.

3

The other side can accept it or send a counterproposal changing scope, date or top-up.

4

Once you agree, you track the deal status in one place without message chaos.

5

After delivery, both sides confirm the result and leave a rating.

Deal statuses

Readable for both sides, including change history and what is happening right now.

Reliability and ratings

  • • After the exchange is confirmed, you rate quality, communication and meeting the deadline.
  • • Every proposal shows how long it has been waiting for an answer.
  • • Account verification gradually improves visibility and trust.

Glossary for everyone

Top-up

A value balance when one side has the more expensive offer. If it is part of the deal, payment goes through the platform and waits for completion confirmation.

Counterproposal

A change to scope, date or top-up. It is part of negotiation, not a reset of the whole deal.

Deal status

A quick overview of whether you are still negotiating, already delivering or waiting for final confirmation.

Completed

Both sides confirm they delivered their part. Only then does a rating make sense.
