Fair deal checklist: from top-up to handover
A practical checklist that reduces misunderstandings: deadlines, statuses, counterproposal acceptance and rating.
A deal needs an end point
Most conflicts happen when it is unclear when something is done. Deadline and result belong directly in the proposal.
Handle changes with counterproposals while agreeing
A counterproposal is not rejection. It is a new version of the deal with visible changes in scope, date or top-up. You can send one while you are still agreeing terms; once the deal is accepted, it no longer changes.
Rating closes the exchange
After completion, both sides confirm the result and leave a rating. That builds trust for future deals.
